To provide qualified research and education services to scientists and, in line with this purpose, to provide the technical and physical equipment required for experimental research using laboratory animals to be conducted within the framework of national and international legislation and accepted scientific and ethical rules; to produce and care for laboratory animals in accordance with international standards.
